Young and the Reckless is an award-winning short documentary that delves into the minds of a group of Auckland City teen runaways, all of whom called Queen Street their home in 2014. Despite finding solace in the company of their street family and friends, there is an underlying reliance on drugs and petty crime - raising the question of whether this adopted lifestyle has affected their personal growth and development. The film chronicles their journeys from the streets to where they are today, over 7 years later.
